Condition of Lodge on Arrival

Fridges Cleaned and Left Open

Lodge Opening Procedures

Front Foyer and Initial Entry

All exit doors open from the inside always. Entry is via the front door and then keypad or via ski room door via keypad

Unlock front entry door (keyhole in doorknob) and leave unlocked so the knob will open the door

Kitchen

Turn on Fridges as needed (Commercial Fridges switch in panel on top, domestic fridges at power point on rear wall. West wall fridge (Moose End) should be on, and left on)
Run sink tap until water is hot then turn on Dishwasher (Switch in cupboard to left) Press On/Off button”. When full, set to “Pr 3”, press “RUN” (May take some time to heat water if you don’t run hot tap first)

Lounge Area (as required)

Turn on Bar Fridge (power point behind and above)
Turn on Glass washer (turn on power point under sink, press On/Off button)
Turn on Coffee Bar Fridge (switch in cupboard under sink)
Turn on Coffee machine if required (pods $1 each)
Turn on boiling water heater over bar
Turn on ice maker

Lodge Heating (if required)

Thermostat for heating is located at left of Lounge Dining entry door next to switchboard.

Heating in bathrooms and ensuites should be already on to ensure pipes do not freeze

Follow directions to turn on and adjust temperature by rotating the dome to the desired setting.
Turn on wall mounted fan radiators and hydronic heaters in Lounge, TV Rooms and Bunk Rooms as required.

Basement areas

BBQ gas supply valve is in boiler room no action required as it is on.

Left Freezer should be ON, and be left ON. (Do not turn right freezer on)

General

There is a gas valve next to BBQ that needs to be turned on if using BBQ
